# Ingredients:

→ Base Mix

01 - 150 g granulated sugar
02 - 100 g plain wheat flour
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder

→ Liquid Ingredients

04 - 3 large eggs
05 - 250 ml whole milk
06 - 80 g unsalted butter, melted
07 - 60 ml fresh lemon juice
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Finishing Touch

09 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and lightly grease a 23 cm pie dish.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, flour, and baking powder until evenly distributed.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine fresh lemon juice, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk thoroughly until smooth.
04 - Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring gently to achieve a uniform batter.
05 - Transfer batter to the prepared pie dish, smoothing the surface. Bake in the centre of the oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
06 - Cool completely on a wire rack. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and cut into slices.
