Iced Butterfly Pea Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tsp lemon juice, if you want a cool color switch
02 - Ice cubes
03 - 1-2 tsp honey or whatever sweetener you like (optional)
04 - 1/2 cup milk (any kind works — almond, coconut, oat, or regular dairy)
05 - 1 cup hot water
06 - 1 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers, 5-6 fresh flowers, or just one butterfly pea tea bag

# Instructions:

01 - Want that magic color flip? Drizzle in lemon juice at the end. You'll see the blue mix turn a wild purple. Toss on some butterfly pea flowers to make it look extra fancy.
02 - Pack your glass with ice first, then pour in your chilled butterfly pea tea. Gently pour the frothed milk on top for that awesome layered look.
03 - Throw your milk in a jar and shake it up with the lid tight, or use a milk frother. Blenders get the job done too as long as it turns out bubbly.
04 - If you like it sweeter, add your honey or chosen sweetener while the tea’s still warm. Give it a good stir ‘til it all disappears.
05 - Drop the dried flowers, fresh blossoms, or tea bag into boiling water. After about 5-7 minutes, strain out the flowers or yank out the bag. Let it cool down to room temp.

# Notes:

01 - To see a bigger color shift with the lemon, let your tea cool and don’t water it down too much.
