02 - 1 tsp salt
03 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

→ Tangy Burger Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
07 - 2 tbsp grated onion
08 - 2 tbsp ketchup
09 - 1 tbsp relish
10 - 2 tsp yellow mustard
11 - 1 tsp white vinegar
12 - 1/4 tsp paprika

→ Quesadilla Ingredients

13 - 4 large flour tortillas
14 - 16 thin slices cheddar cheese
15 - 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
16 - 1/2 cup finely minced onion
17 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, grated onion, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Cover and refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking into small pieces, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
03 - Return skillet to heat. Mix in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until evenly combined. Remove from heat.
04 - Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Place 2 slices of cheese on one side of each tortilla. Divide seasoned beef evenly among tortillas and layer with onions, pickles, and 2 additional slices of cheese. Fold tortillas in half to form a half-circle.
05 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Cook each quesadilla until golden and crispy on one side, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden. Repeat in batches if necessary.
06 - Let cooked quesadillas rest for 1 minute. Slice into 2-3 triangles each and serve immediately with dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Extra fillings like shredded lettuce, tomato, or avocado can be added after cooking.
02 - For a smoky flavor, cook quesadillas on a grill instead of a skillet.
03 - Warm leftovers in an oven at 350°F or on a dry skillet for 5-10 minutes.
