Combine chicken pieces with olive oil and half the Ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.

Lay out four sheets of aluminum foil on a flat surface.

Place 1 cup of broccoli florets in the center of each foil sheet. Sprinkle with remaining Ranch seasoning if desired.

Distribute seasoned chicken evenly over the broccoli on each sheet.

Sprinkle 25 g shredded cheddar cheese on the chicken, then crumble 1 slice of cooked beef bacon over each portion.

Fold the foil sheets lengthwise over the filling and seal tightly, then fold up the ends to fully enclose.

Arrange foil packets seam side up on a baking tray and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the cheese is melted.
