Chicken Bacon Ranch Foil Packets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 4 cups (approx. 300 g) broccoli florets
03 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices cooked beef bacon
05 - 1 packet Ranch seasoning (approx. 28 g)
06 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil

07 - 4 sheets aluminum foil, each 38 cm long

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 180°C.
02 - Combine chicken pieces with olive oil and half the Ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Lay out four sheets of aluminum foil on a flat surface.
04 - Place 1 cup of broccoli florets in the center of each foil sheet. Sprinkle with remaining Ranch seasoning if desired.
05 - Distribute seasoned chicken evenly over the broccoli on each sheet.
06 - Sprinkle 25 g shredded cheddar cheese on the chicken, then crumble 1 slice of cooked beef bacon over each portion.
07 - Fold the foil sheets lengthwise over the filling and seal tightly, then fold up the ends to fully enclose.
08 - Arrange foil packets seam side up on a baking tray and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the cheese is melted.

01 - For added flavor, allow the chicken to marinate in the seasoning for 20 minutes before assembling the packets.
