02 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
04 - 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

→ Pasta

07 - 227 g small pasta shells
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

10 - 113 g salted butter
11 - 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
12 - 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
13 - 25 g parmesan cheese, grated, plus additional for garnish (optional)
14 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
15 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine onion powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss chicken cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
02 - Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken cubes and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through. Ensure internal temperature reaches 74°C. Remove chicken and keep warm under foil.
03 - Fill a large pot with water and add kosher salt. Bring to a boil, then stir in chicken bouillon powder and pasta shells. Cook until al dente per package instructions.
04 - Before draining, reserve 250 ml of pasta cooking water. Drain pasta and set aside.
05 - In the same pot used for pasta, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in chicken bouillon powder and minced garlic, cooking an additional minute.
06 - Add 120 ml reserved pasta water to the pot and combine. Return cooked noodles and parmesan cheese to the pot, tossing until well coated. Gradually add more pasta water if a creamier texture is desired. Season with salt and black pepper as needed.
07 - Serve the buttered noodles on plates, topped with sautéed chicken. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and extra parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately while warm.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal results, avoid crowding the skillet when cooking chicken to ensure even browning.
