01 - 3 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
02 - 2 cups fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
03 - 1 pound chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
04 - 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
05 - 0.7-ounce package dry Italian dressing mix

# Instructions:

01 - Cut green beans into 1-inch pieces. Line one side of the pan with the green beans.
02 - Dice the potatoes and line the opposite side of the pan with the potatoes.
03 - Place the chicken breasts down the middle of the baking dish.
04 - Cut butter into pieces and distribute over the green beans, potatoes, and chicken. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the entire pan. Cover with foil.
05 - Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.

01 - Other vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, or asparagus can be substituted. Match vegetable size to their cook time.
