01 -
Right after you pull the wraps out of the air fryer, brush on a bit more melted butter. Wait a couple minutes so you don't burn yourself, then dig in.
02 -
Get your air fryer hot at 193°C. Lightly brush melted butter on top of each wrap. Lay them seam-side down apart from each other in the basket. Give them 5 minutes, just enough to get golden and crunchy.
03 -
Fold the sides of the tortilla over what you just loaded in there. Tightly roll it up from the bottom so none of the stuff falls out. Put it seam-side down while you prep the rest.
04 -
Slap a warmed tortilla on a board or your counter. Smear on a spoonful of mayo and one of ketchup (leave a decent edge clear). Throw on four pickle slices in a row, add a slice of cheese, and pile up about 120 g of beef on top.
05 -
Chuck your tortillas in a microwave on a plate. Toss a damp paper towel on top. Blast them for 20–25 seconds, just until they're bendy.
06 -
Toss the ground beef into a big skillet on medium. Crumble it up with a spatula as it cooks. Sprinkle on garlic powder, salt, and pepper however you like it. Stir now and then till everything's browned and no pink’s left, 8–10 minutes. Drain out any fat and let it cool for a bit.
