Easy Garbage Bread Stuffed Cheesy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 refrigerated pizza dough, or homemade
02 - 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage, or any cooked meat
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni or salami, optional
06 - 1/4 cup diced onions, optional
07 - 1/4 cup diced bell peppers or olives, optional
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Pepper, to taste
12 - 1 egg, for egg wash
13 - Marinara or ranch dressing, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 10x14 inches.
03 - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Add your cooked meat, pepperoni, veggies, and any extras. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
04 - Starting from the long edge, roll the dough up jelly-roll style into a log. Pinch the seam and the ends to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Beat the egg and brush it over the top of the dough for a glossy, golden finish.
06 - Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes.
07 - Slice into thick pieces and serve with warm marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Use up leftovers such as taco meat, rotisserie chicken, ham, or veggies.
02 - Make it spicy by adding jalapeños, crushed red pepper, or spicy sausage.
03 - You can prep it ahead, wrap it, and bake when ready.
