Iced Honeydew Mint Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Ice cubes for chilling
02 - 4–6 tablespoons sugar, more or less as you like
03 - 120 ml fresh mint, chopped, plus extras to toss in later
04 - 2 cups chopped ripe honeydew melon
05 - 4 green tea bags
06 - 1 litre water

# Instructions:

01 - Pop some ice into your glasses. Pour in the honeydew mint tea mix, then drop in a few fresh mint leaves for a nice touch.
02 - Once your tea isn’t hot anymore, dump it into a pitcher with the tasty honeydew-mint blend. Give it a really good stir so it all mingles.
03 - When your tea’s still a bit warm, toss in sugar to taste. Stir until you can’t see any sugar left floating around.
04 - At the same time, whiz diced melon and mint in your blender. You want it totally smooth and bright green.
05 - Heat up your water and pour it over all the tea bags in a big mug or jug that won't crack. Let it sit for three to five minutes, then pull out the bags and let it cool down for a while.

# Notes:

01 - It tastes best if you blend the honeydew and mint right before mixing so they keep that fresh flavor.
