Mint Muddy Buddies Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups chopped Andes Mints
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
03 - 6 cups Chex cereal
04 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

05 - 1/4 cup chopped Andes Mints
06 - 1/4 cup green candy melts

# Instructions:

01 - Add the Andes Mints and butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and stir as smooth as possible. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring well after each, until the mixture is completely smooth.
02 - Place the Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate over the Chex cereal and stir thoroughly to evenly coat the cereal.
04 - Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag. Add the powdered sugar and shake until the cereal is evenly coated.
05 - Pour the mixture onto a baking pan and spread evenly.
06 - Sprinkle the chopped Andes Mints over the Chex mixture. Melt the green candy melts according to the package directions and drizzle over the top using a spoon. Allow the candy melts to set before serving.
