01 - 1 loaf French bread, sliced 1 inch thick
02 - 5 large eggs
03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - 1 cup whole milk
05 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
10 - 1 cup brown sugar
11 - 2 tablespoons corn syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Arrange the bread slices in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish in a single layer.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the bread, ensuring each slice is soaked. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
03 - Next morning, preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Melt butter with brown sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan until smooth.
04 - Pour the caramel mixture over the soaked bread. Bake for 35-40 minutes until puffed up and the caramel is bubbly.
05 - Enjoy warm, garnished with your favorite toppings.

# Notes:

01 - Prepare the dish the night before to let the bread fully absorb the custard.
02 - Use toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream for added flavor.
