Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 120 ml ranch dressing
02 - 30 g grated parmesan cheese
03 - 30 ml olive oil
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley or chopped fresh parsley
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

→ Chicken Skewers

09 - 680 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
10 - Wooden or metal skewers

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice if using until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
02 - Place the chicken cubes in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
03 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning. Thread marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving slight gaps for even cooking.
04 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
05 - Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C. Achieve a light char on the exterior.
06 - Remove the skewers from the grill and rest for several minutes. Garnish with extra chopped parsley or grated parmesan as desired and serve with preferred accompaniments.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, marinate the chicken longer to enhance tenderness and flavor.
02 - Soak wooden skewers thoroughly to prevent burning over direct heat.
