# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Layer

01 - 500 g ground chicken
02 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Assembly

05 - 8 small flour tortillas
06 - 1/2 head romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
07 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 3 tablespoons beef bacon bits

→ For Cooking

10 - Avocado oil, for skillet

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until evenly seasoned.
02 - Spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned chicken mixture on the back of each flour tortilla, pressing down firmly for adhesion.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brush lightly with avocado oil. Place tortillas chicken side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until the chicken turns golden and is fully cooked.
04 - Flip the tortillas and lightly crisp the plain side for even texture.
05 - Top each taco with fresh romaine lettuce, a drizzle of Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, and beef bacon bits. Optionally, toss lettuce with dressing beforehand for enhanced flavor.
06 - Fold each taco and serve immediately while hot and crispy.

01 - Pressing the chicken firmly onto the tortilla ensures an even cook and prevents separation during frying.
02 - Toss romaine with Caesar dressing before topping for a classic salad finish.
