Chocolate Strawberry Banana Smoothie (Print Version)

01 - 15 milliliters maple syrup
02 - 15 grams cocoa powder
03 - 120 milliliters plain unsweetened soy milk
04 - 120 milliliters plain unsweetened vegan yogurt
05 - 1 medium banana, fresh or frozen
06 - 225 grams frozen strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Right away, pour your mix into two cups and enjoy.
02 - Crank up your blender. Let it run till everything’s creamy and there’s no chunks left.
03 - Toss in maple syrup, cocoa, soy milk, yogurt, banana, and then strawberries into your blender.
04 - Get all your ingredients together. If the banana isn’t frozen, just peel it first.

# Notes:

01 - Want it extra thick? Use frozen banana along with frozen berries.
02 - Turn up the sweet with more maple syrup or swap in agave or a couple of dates.
03 - For more protein power, go with chocolate protein powder instead of plain cocoa.
