4th of July Virgin Papa Smurf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Ice cubes
02 - 2 oz lemon-lime soda
03 - 1 oz coconut water or try coconut cream
04 - 1 oz blue raspberry syrup or swap with blue sports drink
05 - ½ oz sweet and sour (or just mix equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup)
06 - 1 oz raspberry syrup, or raspberry juice

→ Garnishes

07 - Blue sanding sugar for rimming or sprinkling
08 - Whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Drink right away to get that cool look and maximum flavor.
02 - Finish it off with some whipped cream on top and toss a little blue sanding sugar over everything if you're feeling fancy.
03 - Now gently add the lemon-lime soda. This wakes up the flavors and gives your drink a fizzy kick.
04 - Strain the pretty blue mix into the glass you dressed up earlier. Pile in more ice if you like, or go without for a sleeker vibe.
05 - Pop the top on and give it a strong shake for around 10 good seconds until you can feel the chill through the shaker.
06 - With your shaker full of ice, add coconut water or cream, blue raspberry syrup or blue sports drink, sweet and sour mix (or lemon juice and syrup), and raspberry syrup.
07 - Grab your glass, dab a bit of lemon juice or water along the rim, and dip it in blue sugar until it sticks. Set it aside for now.

# Notes:

01 - When your blue raspberry syrup isn't as bold as you'd like, use just a drop of blue food coloring for a pop of color.
02 - Your drink will be chillier if you keep all the liquids in the fridge before you start mixing.
03 - Clear ice keeps the drink's blue shade bright and snazzy instead of cloudy.
04 - Drop a couple of raspberries in the bottom and mash 'em for an extra fruity bonus.
05 - Throw everything in a punch bowl if you want to serve a crowd. Triple or quadruple the amounts and top with soda and spoonfuls of whipped cream.
06 - Swap coconut cream in for coconut water for a creamier, richer sip.
