Cherry Smoothie Yogurt Banana (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh cherries plus mint sprigs for topping, if you want
02 - 180 g vanilla Greek yogurt
03 - 210 g sweet dark cherries, frozen
04 - 1 medium banana, slice in half
05 - 360 ml apple juice, white grape juice, cran-cherry, or cherry juice

# Instructions:

01 - Once it’s ready, split the smoothie between two cups. If you like, top with fresh cherries and mint. Drink right away.
02 - Crank your blender to high and keep it running until it’s all silky and mixed.
03 - Drop in the Greek yogurt, frozen cherries, banana, and your juice of choice into the blender.

# Notes:

01 - Want it thicker? Swap in a frozen banana or just throw in some ice before you blend.
