Cherry Smoothie Yogurt Banana

# Ingredients:

Fresh cherries plus mint sprigs for topping, if you want

180 g vanilla Greek yogurt

210 g sweet dark cherries, frozen

1 medium banana, slice in half

360 ml apple juice, white grape juice, cran-cherry, or cherry juice
# Instructions:

Once it’s ready, split the smoothie between two cups. If you like, top with fresh cherries and mint. Drink right away.

Crank your blender to high and keep it running until it’s all silky and mixed.

Drop in the Greek yogurt, frozen cherries, banana, and your juice of choice into the blender.

Want it thicker? Swap in a frozen banana or just throw in some ice before you blend.
