                Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

                Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat. Return to skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in salsa and cook until heated through. Remove from heat.

                Pour half of the enchilada sauce into the baking dish.

                Warm tortillas. Add ¼ cup meat mixture to the center of each tortilla, top with 1 tablespoon of cheese. Roll tightly and place seam-down in the dish.

                Pour remaining enchilada sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
