                Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. After pre-heating, spray the basket with cooking spray, if desired.

                Place the chicken thighs in a large zip-top bag or a bowl with a lid. Add kosher salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder. Shake until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.

                Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down, and cook for 12 minutes.

                Flip the chicken thighs skin side up and cook for an additional 10–15 minutes. For extra crispiness, cook in 4-minute increments until the desired crispness is achieved.

                Check that the chicken is done by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the thigh. It should read 165°F (74°C). Cooking time may vary depending on the chicken size and air fryer wattage.
