Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat and skin
02 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ½ teaspoon oregano
06 - ½ teaspoon onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. After pre-heating, spray the basket with cooking spray, if desired.
02 - Place the chicken thighs in a large zip-top bag or a bowl with a lid. Add kosher salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder. Shake until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.
03 - Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down, and cook for 12 minutes.
04 - Flip the chicken thighs skin side up and cook for an additional 10–15 minutes. For extra crispiness, cook in 4-minute increments until the desired crispness is achieved.
05 - Check that the chicken is done by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the thigh. It should read 165°F (74°C). Cooking time may vary depending on the chicken size and air fryer wattage.
06 - Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy air fryer chicken thighs.
