Crispy Air Fryer Pickles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pickles

01 - 1 cup sliced pickles
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 3 tablespoons flour
04 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce
05 - ½ teaspoon salt
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

→ Dipping Sauce

08 - ¼ cup sour cream
09 - ¼ cup mayonnaise
10 - ½ teaspoon salt
11 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
12 - ¼ cup minced onions
13 - 1 clove garlic, minced
14 - 1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Pat pickle slices dry between paper towels for a few minutes.
02 - Whisk eggs, flour, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in one dish. Put breadcrumbs in another dish.
03 - Dip each pickle in egg mixture then coat with breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet.
04 - Air fry at 400°F for 5-7 minutes per side, spraying with oil before each side. Cook until golden brown.
05 - Mix all dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

02 - Work in batches if needed
03 - Spray with oil for extra crispiness
