Pat pickle slices dry between paper towels for a few minutes.

Whisk eggs, flour, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in one dish. Put breadcrumbs in another dish.

Dip each pickle in egg mixture then coat with breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet.

Air fry at 400°F for 5-7 minutes per side, spraying with oil before each side. Cook until golden brown.

Mix all dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
