# Ingredients:

01 - 1 8-inch flour tortilla
02 - 2 slices cooked and chopped bacon, divided
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Pepper, to taste
07 - 1 teaspoon butter, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
02 - Melt butter or use cooking spray in an 8 or 10-inch frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the whisked eggs and evenly spread across the bottom of the pan. Cook until eggs are nearly set, with the edges cooked through and the center remaining soft.
03 - Sprinkle half the bacon and cheese evenly over the eggs. Place the tortilla on top, pressing gently to adhere to the eggs and cheese.
04 - Flip the eggs and tortilla so the tortilla is now at the bottom. Sprinkle the remaining bacon and cheese over the eggs. Fold the tortilla in half and cook on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted. Remove from pan.
05 - Use a pizza cutter to slice the quesadilla into portions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
