Cheesy Ham Stuffed Croissants (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 mini croissants
02 - 4 slices smoked cheddar cheese, halved
03 - ¾ pound deli-cut ham

→ Spread

04 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
05 - 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon honey
07 - ½ to 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ Topping

08 - 1 large egg white
09 - Poppy seeds for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
02 - Split croissants and layer with cheese, ham, and more cheese.
03 - Mix softened butter, mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
04 - Spread butter mixture inside each croissant sandwich.
05 - Brush tops with egg white wash, sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
