Game Day Ham Cheese Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwiches

01 - 1 package King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls (12-count)
02 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
04 - ½ pound thinly-sliced deli ham (Black Forest recommended)
05 - ¼ pound deli-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
06 - ¼ pound deli-sliced Swiss cheese

→ Butter Topping

07 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1½ teaspoons poppy seeds
10 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
11 - Pinch kosher salt (if needed)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in small bowl. Slice rolls in half horizontally.
02 - Broil cut sides of rolls for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted. Watch closely to prevent burning.
03 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Place bottom halves in baking dish, spread with mayo-mustard mixture. Layer cheddar, ham, and Swiss. Top with remaining rolls.
04 - Combine melted butter, Worcestershire, poppy seeds, onion powder, and salt. Pour over sliders, brushing to distribute evenly.
05 - Cover with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Bake 20 minutes, remove foil and bake 5-10 minutes more until golden.
