Baked Onion Beef Fried (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1 large onion, diced
04 - 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and corn)
05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
03 - Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
04 - Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
05 - Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
06 - Add the cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine all the ingredients.
07 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
08 - Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the top is slightly crispy.
10 - Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
