Cottage Cheese Banana Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Vanilla cookies, whipped topping, or extra banana for topping (use if you want)
02 - Dash of cinnamon
03 - Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
04 - Two tablespoons maple syrup
05 - A ripe banana
06 - Two cups cottage cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Dig in right away or pop it in the fridge to get it thicker.
02 - Add some banana slices, a bit of whipped topping, or break up cookies over the top if you want.
03 - Move the smooth mix into bowls or little jars.
04 - Mix it all up so it gets totally smooth, no chunky bits left.
05 - Drop cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in your blender.

# Notes:

01 - If you've got extra, seal it up and stash it in the fridge. It'll keep five days.
02 - Switch up the sweetness by swapping maple syrup with honey or agave if that suits you.
03 - Granola, nut pieces, or a bit of peanut butter on top would be awesome for crunch or flavor.
04 - Leave it in the fridge half an hour for a firmer, thicker treat.
