# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 large chicken breasts, cut into 1.5 to 2-inch chunks, salted lightly
02 - 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
03 - 1 lb bacon, cut into 1 to 1.5-inch segments
04 - Fresh pineapple, cut into 2-inch chunks

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chicken pieces with 1 cup of BBQ sauce and marinate for 2-3 hours. Skip this step only if pressed for time.
02 - Microwave bacon for 2-5 minutes until partially cooked, adjusting time based on thickness and desired crispiness. Let bacon cool slightly.
03 - Thread chicken, bacon, and pineapple onto soaked wooden or metal skewers. Alternate ingredients in a pattern. Fold bacon pieces in half and arrange next to the chicken, ensuring proper spacing for heat circulation.
04 - Grill kabobs until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 155-160°F. Slather remaining ½ cup BBQ sauce onto kabobs in the final cooking stages. Cover loosely with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 1 hour to prevent burning.
02 - Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 5 days.
