Blue Raspberry Lemonade Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Blue Raspberry Lemonade

01 - 180 ml fresh lemon juice (from approximately 6–8 lemons)
02 - 200 g granulated sugar
03 - 1.2 litres water, divided
04 - 120 ml blue raspberry syrup
05 - Blue food colouring, optional
06 - Fresh raspberries, for garnish
07 - Lemon slices, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar with 240 ml of water. Heat over medium, stirring continuously, until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
02 - In a large pitcher, pour in fresh lemon juice, cooled simple syrup, blue raspberry syrup, and 960 ml of cold water. Stir thoroughly to blend.
03 - If desired, add a few drops of blue food colouring, mixing until the colour reaches your preferred intensity.
04 - Taste the drink and adjust sweetness or dilution by adding more sugar or water, if necessary.
05 - Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to ensure proper chilling.
06 - Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemonade over, and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a sparkling version, substitute still water with sparkling water.
02 - Replace granulated sugar with stevia or monk fruit sweetener for a lower-sugar alternative.
03 - Store any leftovers in a sealed pitcher in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
