Blueberry Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups blueberries, fresh or thawed frozen.
02 - 10 ounces unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 1¼ cups granulated sugar.
04 - 2 large eggs, room temperature.
05 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - ½ teaspoon sea salt.
07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted.
08 - 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted.
09 - 2 tablespoons milk.
10 - ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze).
11 - Pinch of salt (for glaze).

# Instructions:

01 - Blend blueberries until smooth. Simmer puree until reduced to ½ cup. Cool.
02 - Heat oven to 325°F. Line 8x8 glass dish with parchment.
03 - Combine butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, salt. Fold in blueberry reduction. Stir in flour.
04 - Pour into pan. Bake 35-40 minutes until center is set.
05 - Mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Apply in two layers, letting first layer harden.

01 - Check brownies at 30 minutes.
02 - Let cool completely before glazing.
