Blueberry Cheesecake Swirl Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2¼ cups all-purpose flour.
02 - ½ teaspoon baking powder.
03 - ½ teaspoon baking soda.
04 - ½ teaspoon salt.
05 - ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened.
06 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
07 - ½ cup light brown sugar, packed.
08 - 1 large egg.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
11 - ¼ cup powdered sugar.
12 - ½ cup blueberry jam.
13 - ¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Chill in fridge.
02 - Mash blueberries and mix with jam. Set aside.
03 - Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in bowl.
04 - Beat butter with sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
05 - Flatten 1.5 tablespoons dough, add cheesecake and blueberry filling. Top with more dough and seal edges.
06 - Place on parchment-lined sheet. Bake at 350°F for 12-14 minutes until edges golden. Cool 5 minutes on sheet.
