01 - 
                Peel and juice 4-5 lemons.

                To make the sugar syrup, add 1/2 the lemon peels, blueberries, sugar and water into a saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved and the blueberries start to pop, about 3-4 minutes.

                Remove from heat and let sit a few minutes to cool down. Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth strain out the berries and lemon peel from the simple syrup.

                Add the blueberry simple syrup to a large pitcher and add 4 cups of cold water. Then, chill the mixture in the fridge.

                When chilled, pour over ice, add optional garnishes and enjoy!
