# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1 egg, room temperature.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1 cup fresh blueberries.
10 - 1/3 cup blueberry jam.
11 - For Streusel: 1/3 cup flour.
12 - For Streusel: 1/3 cup brown sugar.
13 - For Streusel: 1/4 cup cold butter.
14 - For Streusel: 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
15 - For Streusel: 1/4 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt until crumbly. Refrigerate.
02 - Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
03 - Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix into wet ingredients.
04 - Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
05 - Shape dough into rounds, top with jam swirls and streusel.
06 - Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
