01 - 4 large eggs
02 - 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
03 - 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled
04 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
07 - 4 English muffins, cut in half

→ Seasonings

08 - Salt and pepper as needed
09 - 1/4 tsp dried basil
10 - 1/4 tsp dried oregano

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay the cut side of the English muffins facing up on the baking sheet.
03 - Spread the pizza sauce over each muffin. Add mozzarella cheese, some crumbled sausage or bacon, black olives, and bell peppers.
04 - Bake the muffins for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese starts bubbling and looks deliciously melted.
05 - As the muffins bake, get your eggs ready in a non-stick frying pan. Cook them however you like best—scrambled, sunny-side up, or something else.
06 - Once the muffins are done, pop an egg on each half. Sprinkle on oregano, basil, salt, and some pepper.
