Chocolate Peanut Butter Crackers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 12 graham crackers, broken in half

→ Peanut Butter Filling

02 - 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
03 - ½ cup butter (1 stick)
04 - 2½ cups powdered sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Coating

06 - 3½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
07 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

→ Drizzle

08 - 1 cup peanut butter chips
09 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Break graham crackers in half to form squares. Place on lined baking sheet.
02 - Mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
03 - Roll peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls. Place one on each graham cracker and flatten to edges.
04 - Melt chocolate chips with 3 tablespoons oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
05 - Dip each topped graham cracker in melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and return to baking sheet.
06 - Melt peanut butter chips with 1 tablespoon oil. Drizzle over chocolate-coated crackers.
07 - Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
