01 - 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - pinch of salt
07 - 4 large flour tortillas
08 - 1/2 cup Blue cheese or Ranch dressing
09 - 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
10 - 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
11 - 1/2 avocado, sliced
12 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the chicken breasts into long, thin strips. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to 24 hours.
02 - In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken strips until no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes.
03 - Place tortillas on a plate and spread each with a thin layer of blue cheese or ranch dressing.
04 - Layer each tortilla with chopped lettuce, shredded carrot, sliced avocado, and shredded cheddar cheese. Arrange a few cooked chicken strips down the center of each tortilla.
