Butter Seared Lobster Tails (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large lobster tails.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Fresh parsley for garnish.
08 - Lemon wedges for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F, prepare baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
02 - Cut shell down center, pull meat out and rest on top of shell.
03 - Melt butter, add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper.
04 - Cook lobster flesh-side down in butter mixture 2-3 minutes until golden.
05 - Flip tails, baste with butter, bake 6-8 minutes until cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - Thaw tails if frozen.
02 - Serve immediately.
03 - Can use oven-safe skillet.
