04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

07 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
09 - 1 tablespoon butter
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Season the steak and shrimp with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning each. Make sure both are well coated with the seasoning.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until nicely browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Set the shrimp aside with the steak.
05 - In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the noodles. Stir in the steak and shrimp, allowing the flavors to meld together.

# Notes:

01 - If sauce is too thick, thin with pasta water or more cream
