Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Sift dry ingredients together. Add buttermilk, eggs and butter. Beat until just combined.

Fill each donut cavity ⅔ full, being careful not to overfill.

Bake 7-9 minutes until tops spring back when pressed. Cool in pan 4-5 minutes before removing.

Sift sugar and cocoa. Beat in milk and vanilla until smooth and pourable.

Dip one side of each donut in glaze. Place on parchment paper to set.
