# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

→ Topping

08 - 1 cup caramel sauce
09 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
10 - 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Slide your pan in the oven. Let it bake for 25 to 30 minutes till you see golden edges and a set center. Once done, let it sit and cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
02 - Toss those sea salt flakes all over the top at the end.
03 - Pour the caramel sauce over the chocolate chips. Try to get even coverage.
04 - Spread chocolate chips right on top. Gently push them in so they stick.
05 - Tip the dry mix into the bowl with your wet ingredients, a bit at a time. Stir just until it's all together. Use your hands to press the dough evenly into your dish.
06 - Grab another bowl and mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt with a whisk.
07 - Crack in your egg and splash in that vanilla, then mix till blended.
08 - Beat together your butter and sugar in a big bowl. Keep going until it looks light and puffy.
09 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your 9x13-inch pan with some parchment paper so nothing sticks.
