16 - 1/4 cup chopped pickles
17 - 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain any excess fat after cooking.
03 - Add butter to the cooked beef. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine with Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
04 - Lower the heat and gradually add shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring constantly until fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
05 - Return the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to coat evenly in the cheese sauce. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes until hot throughout.
06 - Top with chopped pickles, crispy bacon bits, and fresh parsley before serving immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Substitute ground beef with plant-based protein or mushrooms for a vegetarian dish.
02 - For increased heat, add more red pepper flakes or sliced jalapeños.
03 - Mix in bell peppers or spinach for additional vegetables.
04 - Swap cheddar for mozzarella, gouda, or a blended cheese for varied flavor.
