Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup beef bacon, fried and crumbled
02 - 2 cups leftover rotini or penne
03 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
04 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Sauce

05 - Salt, season as you like
06 - Black pepper, sprinkle to your taste
07 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
08 - 1/4 cup ketchup
09 - 1/4 cup plain flour
10 - 1 cup whole milk

# Instructions:

01 - While it’s still steamy, scoop it onto plates. Toss on extra cheese or some more bacon bits for a yummy kick if you want.
02 - Dump in the cooked noodles, that crispy beef bacon, and lots of cheddar. Stir everything until it’s gooey and the sauce hugs the pasta.
03 - Mix in Worcestershire, ketchup, a shake of salt, and pepper. Stir it up. Keep it bubbling for just a couple minutes to get thicker.
04 - Dust the beef with the flour, stir 'till it’s all mixed in. Slowly pour in your milk, whisking so it’s smooth and creamy.
05 - Sizzle the ground beef in a big skillet over medium. Mash it up while it cooks until it’s browned all over. Don’t forget to drain out the extra grease.

# Notes:

01 - Go with smoked beef bacon and sharp cheddar if you want a punch of flavor. Cook pasta just until it’s still a bit firm — that way it doesn’t get mushy later.
