Cheesy Pull-Apart Bundt Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 cup warm milk (110°F to 115°F)
06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 large egg, beaten
08 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the warm milk, melted butter, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
02 - Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
03 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
04 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
05 - In a small bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Mix well.
06 - Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and roll it in the cheese mixture to coat.
07 - Arrange the coated dough balls in the prepared Bundt pan, creating layers until all the dough and cheese mixture are used up.
08 - Cover the Bundt pan with a clean towel and let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes.
09 - Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10 - Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve the Cheesy Bundt Bread warm, allowing guests to pull apart and enjoy individual pieces.
