# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds (halal-certified beef or turkey recommended)
02 - 4 cups baby potatoes, washed and halved or quartered
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (halal-certified)
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or mixed blend

→ For Serving (Optional)

09 - 1/2 cup sour cream
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting.
02 - Wash baby potatoes thoroughly and cut into halves or quarters for even roasting.
03 - Slice smoked sausage into 1/4-inch thick rounds to ensure even cooking.
04 - In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
05 - Place potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add half of the seasoning mixture. Toss to coat completely.
06 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease to prevent sticking.
07 - Distribute seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet. Scatter sliced sausage evenly over the potatoes.
08 - Place baking sheet in oven and roast for 35–40 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
09 - Remove baking sheet from oven. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over potatoes and sausage. Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
10 - Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with sour cream if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet so potatoes roast rather than steam.
