# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 grams halal-certified smoked sausage, sliced into 6 mm rounds
02 - 900 grams baby potatoes, halved or quartered
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 packet halal-certified ranch seasoning mix
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 180 grams shredded cheddar cheese or cheese blend

→ To Serve (Optional)

09 - 120 ml sour cream
10 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining with parchment paper or lightly greasing.
02 - Wash baby potatoes and cut into halves or quarters for even roasting. Slice smoked sausage into 6 mm rounds.
03 - In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
04 - Place potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with half the seasoning mixture. Toss thoroughly to coat each piece.
05 - Spread seasoned potatoes evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Distribute sliced sausage over the potatoes.
06 - Roast in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, turning the mixture halfway, until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
07 - Remove baking sheet from oven. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over potatoes and sausage. Return to oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Offer sour cream on the side if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, do not overcrowd the baking sheet to ensure even roasting and crisp texture.
02 - Baby potatoes maintain their shape and are faster to roast than larger potatoes.
03 - To add variety, try a mix of cheeses such as mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack.
