Easy Tater Tot Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 pounds lean ground beef or turkey.
02 - 1 can corn or green beans, drained.
03 - 3/4 cup low fat sour cream.
04 - 1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup.
05 - 3/4 cup skim milk.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 3/4 cup shredded cheddar.
11 - 2 pounds tater tots.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
02 - Brown ground meat with seasonings in large skillet until cooked through.
03 - Stir in sour cream, soup, milk and vegetables until combined.
04 - Pour mixture in pan, top with cheese, then arrange tater tots on top.
05 - Bake 40-45 minutes until bubbly. Salt tater tots when done.

01 - Can be frozen unbaked for later use.
