Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest.
03 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar.
04 - ½ teaspoon lemon juice.
05 - 1 can cherry pie filling.
06 - 8 egg roll wrappers (6x6 size).
07 - Oil for frying.
08 - Powdered sugar for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese with lemon zest, juice, and sugar until smooth.
02 - Place wrappers in diamond shape. Add cream cheese mixture and cherry filling to center.
03 - Wet edges with water, fold and seal tightly. Let rest 3-4 minutes.
04 - Heat oil to 350°F. Fry in small batches until golden brown.
05 - Drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
