Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.

Add remaining oil to skillet. Sauté garlic 30 seconds, then add vegetables and stir-fry 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return chicken to skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, and broth. Simmer 2 minutes.

Stir in cornstarch mixture until sauce thickens. Add spaghetti and toss until combined. Garnish with green onions.
