Crispy Asian Wonton Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 chicken breast
02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
06 - ¼ cup green onions, chopped
07 - ¼ cup cabbage, shredded
08 - ¼ cup carrots, shredded
09 - ¼ cup hoisin sauce

→ Shells

10 - 12 wonton wrappers
11 - Vegetable oil for frying

→ Optional Toppings

12 - Sliced green onions
13 - Shredded cabbage
14 - Fresh cilantro
15 - Sriracha sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Cook chicken breast in skillet until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cool slightly and shred.
02 - Return shredded chicken to skillet. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, cabbage, and carrots. Cook 1 minute, then add hoisin sauce and stir to coat.
03 - Place chicken mixture in center of each wonton wrapper. Fold diagonally to form taco shape.
04 - Heat 3 tablespoons oil in pan. Fry wontons 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
05 - Serve immediately with optional toppings of choice.

# Notes:

01 - Can be air fried instead of pan fried
02 - Only needs enough oil to coat the wontons
03 - Best served immediately while crispy
