# Instructions:

01 - Open the can of cinnamon rolls and set aside the enclosed icing. Slice each roll into four bite-sized pieces.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until fully blended.
03 - Immerse each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, ensuring complete coating on all sides.
04 - Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange the coated cinnamon roll bites in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
05 - Transfer the French toast bites to a serving platter. Drizzle with reserved icing or maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar as desired.
