03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
04 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
02 - Peel the bananas and slice them into ⅛-inch-thick rounds.
03 - In a small bowl, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
04 - Gently toss the banana slices with the melted coconut oil or butter, ensuring each piece is lightly coated.
05 - Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the coated banana slices, tossing gently to ensure even coverage.
06 - Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
07 - Air fry the banana slices for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
08 - Once golden brown and crisp, remove the banana chips from the air fryer and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
