# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
02 - 1 cup cooked and diced chicken breast
03 - 1 avocado, diced
04 - 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
05 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
06 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
07 - 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
08 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

→ For the Dressing

09 - 1/4 cup olive oil
10 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
11 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
12 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
13 - 1 clove garlic, minced
14 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare all salad ingredients: chop lettuce, dice chicken and avocado, slice eggs, halve cherry tomatoes, and crumble bacon.
02 - Arrange the ingredients in neat rows over the lettuce on a large platter or toss them together in a bowl for a mixed presentation.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
04 - Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad or serve it on the side for guests to add as desired.
05 - Garnish with extra blue cheese crumbles and a sprinkle of freshly cracked black pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
