Dairy-Free Spiced Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsweetened light coconut milk
02 - 1 tsp homemade Chai Spice Mix
03 - 2-3 tsp pure maple syrup

→ Optional Garnish

04 - Ground cinnamon
05 - Ground nutmeg

# Instructions:

01 - In a small saucepan set over medium-low heat, warm the coconut milk until lightly simmering.
02 - Pour into a large mug or glass measuring cup and add maple syrup and chai spice mix.
03 - Using an electric frother, froth mixture until slightly foamy. Alternatively, you can whisk vigorously, or use a hand mixer to whip it.
04 - Serve in a warm mug and garnish with cinnamon and ground nutmeg.

# Notes:

01 - You'll need to prepare homemade Chai Spice Mix separately or use a store-bought version.
02 - For a sweeter latte, add more maple syrup to taste.
